Warsaw Chopin Airport is located within the city limits (only 8 km from the city center and 11 km from the conference venue). The two easiest ways to get to the city centre are taxi and bus.

If you are looking for cheaper accomodation, there are many other hotels, hostels and B&Bs in Warsaw.

Tickets for trams, buses and subway may be purchased in newsstands, ticket machines near bus stops and directly from bus drivers (cash only). Selected bus lines have ticket machines on board.

From Hotel Metropol, Hotel Hetman and Hotel IBIS you will need a single 20-minute ticket to get to the conference center.

From Warsaw Chopin Airport you will need 75-minute ticket (journey takes about 35-40 minutes).

To get from Hotel Metropol to the conference venue take bus 175 or 128 from Centrum and get off at Uniwersytet.

To get from Hotel Hetman to the conference venue take subway M2 at Dworzec Wilenski and get off at Nowy Świat-Uniwersytet.

To get from Hotel IBIS Stare Miasto to the conference venue take bus 116, 178, 518 or 503 at Muranowska and get off at Uniwersytet.
